Inclusivity

Chanoch Lanaar al pi darko...

Our sages taught that we should teach each child in his or her own way. This is a universal
message that guided our people over the generations.

Over time we have come to see that one size does not fit most and that our children learn in
diverse ways to suit their needs, their styles, their interests and their strengths.

At Neshamah School of Kol Ami we strive to create an inclusive environment for learning that sets all students up for success in the classroom. We acknowledge that children learn differently and have different needs, we are committed as a community to creating a space that is welcoming to all.

To read more about how we celebrate all kinds of learners read more on our School Philosophy page.

Parents are asked to share information about their child’s needs so that there is consistency in the
recommendations and accommodations they receive in their school/other program settings.
(IEP’s, reports and summaries).
